The IGP’s National Public Security Inspectorate has a new head.

Marin Manița, the new head of the INSP, aims to continue the good practices of the institution, oriented towards the safety of every citizen, but also to implement new practices in line with European standards.

In line with the objectives set by the Minister of Internal Affairs, Adrian Efros, the head of the INSP will focus his work on reducing the response time in case of incidents, strengthening the response capabilities, as well as reinforcing citizens’ trust in the police.

Another objective of the head of the National Public Security Inspectorate is to take care of the employees, to ensure a professional development climate for them and to increase the level of professionalism among the INSP staff. These goals contribute to ensuring order and security on the streets, to strengthening road traffic safety and to maintaining peace in the community.
