Making the human resources management system in the Ministry of Interior more efficient

The human resources management system within the Ministry of Interior Affairs (MAI) will be streamlined.

A decision to this effect was approved by the Executive today, 21 August 2023.

The project aims to provide the subdivisions under the MAI with qualified resources and the necessary staff, by facilitating the process of filling public positions with special status for candidates from several specialist areas, in order to ensure that staff turnover is stopped.

At the same time, the project will ensure the adjustment, improvement and elimination of some uncertainties observed as a result of the implementation of the regulatory framework in the field.
