Migration Information System concept approved by the Executive
The Inspectorate General for Migration (IGM) will have a new information system, corresponding to modern technologies in the fields of migration and asylum.
It will allow users to apply online for the services provided by the IGM, while reducing the time taken to examine files, taking into account the interconnection with other databases.
The concept of the Migration Information System has been approved by the Executive on the proposal of the Ministry of Interior.
The initiative will ensure the digitisation of processes and increase the quality of services accessed by foreigners, natural and legal persons. The project is intended to implement the provisions included in the Government’s Action Plan for 2023.
