Dragalin responded to those who say that she does not bring results

Veronica Dragalin assured that the case is moving, but trials take time, which is normal in a democratic state.

“The justice process takes time. It is normal and useful when it takes time. We cannot make a final verdict overnight because we do not live in Russia or China, where everything is done not according to justice, but according to orders. For us, this speaks of that we truly live in a democratic state,” said Veronica Dragalin, quoted by noi.md

As for criminals hiding from justice abroad, then, according to Veronica Dragalin, they manage to earn a living there, and they cannot be returned to Moldova due to the imperfections of the international extradition system.

Veronica Dragalin’s response came after several people, including deputies, criticized her work, and Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu told a legislative meeting that he needed bolder prosecutors.
