Alexandr Pînzari was appointed by the Parliament as Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Centre
Alexandr Pînzari’s candidacy has been approved by the Parliament as Deputy Director of the National Anti-Corruption Centre (NAC).
THE DRAFT resolution providing for this was supported by 53 MEPs.
Lieutenant-Colonel Alexandr Pînzari has been working in the NAC since 2016 and currently serves as the head of the Territorial General Directorate “North” of the National Anti-Corruption Centre. Alexandr Pînzari has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law and previously worked at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Alexandr Pînzari’s mandate as Deputy Director of the NAC will be for the remaining period of the current Director.
According to the law, the director of the National Anti-Corruption Centre is assisted by two deputies, who are appointed to the post by the Parliament, on the proposal of the director, for the duration of the director’s mandate.
