Searches in Balti: eight people are suspected of drug trafficking

Law enforcement officers conducted 19 searches in the homes and cars of eight people aged 19 to 41 in Balti. They are suspected of drug trafficking on a particularly large scale.

It was established that one of the defendants worked as a courier and sold narcotic substances in the Telegram channel, reports rupor.md

As a result of the searches, marijuana, amphetamine, hashish, drug paraphernalia, mobile phones, SIM cards and bank cards were seized.

The value of the drugs found on the black market is estimated at approximately 100 thousand lei.

Three suspects were detained, another five are under investigation. The investigation into this case is ongoing.
