The policemen, identifying the alleged lack of the technical inspection report of the means of transport, demanded, accepted and received, under the control of the NAC officers, financial means not due to them in the amount of 5000 lei in order not to carry out actions in the exercise of their duties.
For the purpose of gathering evidence, a search was carried out in the company car from which money in the amount of 5000 lei was seized.
