What benefits a debtor receives from cooperating with an anti-collector

In order not to run away from debt collectors and creditors, not to change phone numbers, not to leave the country, the debtor just needs to know which laws protect his interests. To do this, he turns to an anti-collector agency, which assists him:

-Property Protection Against Seizure;
-Negotiating a partial write-off of the debt, restructuring it, reviewing the terms of the loan agreement;
-Preparing documents and other evidence to protect the debtor’s interests;
-Cooperation with bailiffs;
-Valuation of bankruptcy estate – auctioned assets.
Anti-collector services are not so much defending debtors’ interests in court, but rather simply advising on the law, suppressing unfounded claims of creditors and limiting interference in a person’s private life.
