Dragalin: A revolution took place in the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in a year and a half

Veronica Dragalin is convinced that in a year and a half of managing the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, she managed to revolutionize the department. However, she states that she is still not confident in the integrity of all her employees.

“I believe I have succeeded in revolutionizing the institution. As a leader, I have never crossed the line of ethics; let’s not even talk about corruption. Therefore, I am absolutely sure that the decisions that were made by me personally as a leader were correct, legal and without any corruption,” said the head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, reports rupor.md

When asked whether she is as confident as she is in herself and in her employees regarding corruption, Dragalin did not give an affirmative answer.

“I cannot vouch for every colleague. The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office is in charge of more than a thousand cases, and it is clear that I alone will not be able to get to the bottom of absolutely every one. But over the past year and a half, I have formed some opinions about people. I can trust some more, others less,” she said.
