The Regulation of the information resource formed by the Departmental Information System “Record of alerts and public order events” was approved
November 8, 2023, Chisinau- The Cabinet of Ministers approved, at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Regulation of the information resource formed by the Departmental Information System “Record of alerts and events of public order”.
The project provides for the automation of operational processes within the administrative authorities and institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, by creating a specialized informational resource, intended for informational support aimed at activities related to maintaining, ensuring and restoring public order and security, as well as preventing, investigating/ discovery of crimes and misdemeanors.
We note that the given project regulates the requirements for data protection when collecting, accumulating, updating, keeping, processing and transmitting information with reference to the management of an event within the competence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
