Dragalin: There are four possible leaks from the Shor case
The head of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office Veronica Dragalin told the details of the case of illegal financing of the Shor party.
According to her, the circle of people who could leak information, after which Ilan Shor said that there would be arrests and searches of some members of the formation, work in four institutions – the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, the National Center for Combating Corruption, the SIS and the Chekan Court.
Dragalin’s statements were made on the Secretele Puterii program on Jurnal TV, notes unimedia.md, noi.md reports“The people affected by this have the status of defendants in a criminal case. According to the strategy for this case, we followed the path of investigation against a legal entity – the Shor party – and Marina Tauber, a person from the highest echelon of this formation.
They are the main accused in this case, further episodes should be completed and sent to court if there is enough evidence of guilt. We are working and will inform you as we go when we reach the next stage – sending the case to court,” Dragalin noted. “There are four options for a possible leak. At that time, the case was under the jurisdiction of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, which worked together with the National Anti-Corruption Committee and the ISS, as well as with the investigating judges.
