The SCM approved the reports of the Commission assessing the candidacies of two judges

On March 26, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy approved the report of the Commission on the evaluation of two judges – Diana Stanile and Adrian Cerbu.

The SCM approved the reports of the Commission evaluating the candidacies of two judges.

Collage: Point.md Diana Stanile is a current judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, and Adrian Cerbu is a judge of the Criuleni Court.

They both passed the assessment of ethical and financial integrity and were accepted into the SCM, noi.md reports. According to the findings of the reports, the commission unanimously decided that the judges meet the criteria of ethical and financial integrity specified in Law No. 65/2023.

At the moment, the SCM has approved 8 reports of the External Evaluation Commission out of 11 received.
