The report of the Commission on the external evaluation of candidate Ion Munteanu was approved by the SCM

On April 15, members of the Superior Council of Magistracy approved the report of the Commission on the external evaluation of the candidacy of Ion Munteanu for the position of judge of the Supreme Court of Justice.

Ion Munteanu passed an external assessment of ethical and financial integrity and was approved by the SCM as a candidate for this position, noi.md reports

The report unanimously concluded that Ion Munteanu meets the criteria of ethical and financial integrity established in Law 65/2023.

Currently, out of 15 reports received, the SCM has approved 10 reports of the External Evaluation Commission.
